Reimagining waste in the form of contemporary design. The Camada daybeds innovative construction uses nor glue or fixings with a layering aesthetic representing a full bodied design. Fabricated from 100% recycled sheets the Camada daybed can be produced from plastic recycling manufacturers world wide thus avoiding shipping emissions and furthering the environmental benefits of the design. Tightly lays in the Vidar 4 contrasting in colour and material the soft warm vibrant fabric complements the plastic frame. Collaborating with the Powerhouse Museum (Sydney) Defy Design, Kvadrat, Demuz (upholstery) Fisch Designs established a strong and simple aesthetic for the first design of the Camada series.
